“Order arrived promptly. Unfortunately when I opened the ceramic ornament it was damaged. I emailed Temptation Gifts who sent out a replacement ornament the next day. Wonderful customer service”

“I had almost forgotten about my order, as Christmas has been so busy with my niece and my Mum being so poorly. When it arrived, I was absolutely delighted and actually cried at two of the pieces as they were so beautiful. I always recommend Temptation Gifts to friends, and use the site regularly for birthdays and Christmas.”

“First time I had used Temptation Gifts and was very pleased with the service. Web site made ordering very easy and my order was procesed promptly. I ordered a Dunoon mug and was kept informed of its progress once shipped by Royal Mail. When I received the package, I was most impressed with the care that had been taken with the packaging, so I received the mug in excellend as-new condition.”

“I purchased two gifts for my partner, some lovely woolly fingerless gloves and a diary for 2026. Sadly the gloves had a damaged(faulty) stitch which wasn't noticed until unwrapped. I emailed the Customer service team and they were straight on it and resolved the problem within two working days, which is incredible!! I will most definitely use Temptation gifts again as there products are wonderful and the customer service is second to none. Thank you!! Matt.”
