“So........I really DO have to give Temptation Gifts credit! I placed my first order online for multiple items which was a very simple, but thorough process. I chose a next day delivery option, mainly because I waited til the last minute to order some birthday presents (OK... I forgot sssshhhhhh 🥴). Checkout was quick & I received my order confirmation in minutes; I was kept updated throughout on the progress of my order and was advised later the same day that my items were despatched. I received the box of goodies the following morning & somebody had taken the time to wrap each item individually within the box with conscientious packaging; nearly all of the items I ordered were breakable, and I'm pleased to say that they all arrived perfectly safe and in one piece! Suffice it to say, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again; the prices were competitive, I managed to purchase some of the items in their sale which was a plus! I was very impressed with the selection of items on the website, definitely something for everyone....”

“I have bought numerous Dunoon Lomond china mugs from Temptation, usually in their sale. I have been delighted with their customer service, replacing a mug which arrived broken in the post, despite the excellent packaging. Their deliveries are very quick and well packed in special packaging. I would definately recommend.”

“Excellent customer service! The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process clear. There is a vast assortment of products available although I knew what I was specifically searching for. The billing and shipping platform was concise. I was amazed at the prompt speed of shipping and delivery. My order was processed and shipped immediately within delivery within a few days (a 9,000km journey!). My sincerest praise and I highly recommend Temptation Gifts.”
