“A search on trying to find a hard to find Jellycat, directed me to here. After reading other reviews, I placed my order. A great seamless transaction, with traceable postage and quick delivery. Both jellycats arrived as described. What was a one time purchase will definitely continue.”

“I placed an order at the start of the year and it was very delayed in arriving. I contacted Temptation and was told they were having problems with Royal Mail and if I hadn't received by the end of the week to contact again. I explained the item was for a gift needed by the weekend and so they sent again by priority mail. When I asked what to do if both items arrived, I was told to keep or donate to charity. I now have both parcels so will donate one to a tombola at chapel. Thank you!”
