“This was my first purchase from Temptation Gifts and I received an excellent service. From ordering to recieving my item was very fast and was packed really well. I was informed every step of the way with parcel tracking and I received my item in great condition. It's for a birthday gift and I'm sure the recipient will love it as much as I do.”

“Regrettably I wouldn’t use these again for a surprise gift that I wanted to get there in a reasonable time via standard delivery. I ordered a bereavement candle holder for my mum after her sister passed away, very early on a Monday morning. I had a query about it, sent an email and I had a really helpful reply, all before 8.30am and I was happy that my order would be processed that day. However, a clear bereavement gift wasn’t posted out until late Wednesday, and didn’t arrive until the following Monday! To add insult to injury, the bereavement gift message included some of the message that I had sent to Temptation gifts - so finished with ‘thanks for your help’ 😭 I have ordered from here before, and being a ‘gift company’ I would have expected at least my gift message to be sense checked and printed properly, and possibly posted out the same working day, or even the next, regardless if the service requested!”

Hi Karen, thank you for your review. We are sorry that the message was incorrect in the parcel, this was unfortunately copied over as placed. Your order placed on 11th, was dispatched on 13th with standard delivery, due to arrive in 2-5 working days, and we can see from the tracking that the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on 18th, regrettably 6 working days after dispatch, our sincere apologies that this arrived later than expected.
