“Service was great. My only complaint is that my last order did not have our buzzer code on address, even though provided to your dept. I just happened to be in lobby and asked delivery fellow if for me and he said no buzzer code. Parcel delivered and I signed for it.”

“My only comment is regarding unnecessary packaging. I ordered a single ceramic coaster, which arrived in a much bigger box than was needed. Even though all the packing material was recyclable, it did seem unnecessarily wasteful.”
