“The packing of my Jellycat is so tough and nice. Feeling great when opening the package. Dolls looking good! Will consider to buy gift again from this site. Tried to buy Jellycat from other website but the experience was awful. Recommended!”

I received a response the very same day asking me to confirm what item I had received and I was then sent by priority post the correct item which was received the next day.
