“I was a little wary as I’d not ordered with Temptation Gifts before. Were they a genuine company, would I get my items?! A lovely lady rang me a day after ordering to say that one of the items was the last one and the box was slightly damaged - did I still want to go ahead with the order. This reassured me they were indeed a real company at least! I confirmed I did want the item included and thanked her for checking with me. Lovely customer service. Sure enough my items arrived (quite quickly I might add) and I was really happy with them!”
