“My order for a jigsaw came very quickly but unfortunately the box was damaged. I emailed the company and received a very quickly reply advising that a replacement had been posted out (priority). I was advised how to return the damaged jigsaw free of charge. I had used the company previously and have always been delighted with the service. I was very impressed by the customer service when I had a problem. Excellent response.”
