“I have gotten a lot of very lovely things from Temptation Gifts. But my most recent order hasn't arrived yet. Apparently there was a hold up in customs. There is really no rush, but I hope it comes soon. It has been annoying not to know what's going on with it.”

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry that your order has not yet arrived.I have called FedEx this afternoon and they advise that the parcel is still with customs in Newark. Once the clearance brokers have checked and verified the information the parcel should soon be on the way to you. No further additional information is needed, your parcel will be out for delivery as soon as possible. As U.S customs is a government authority, neither FedEx or Temptation Gifts have any influence over the parcels movement though the system. “I bought a 3D pop up card for my daughter-in-law's special birthday. It arrived quickly and we were delighted with the quality of the card.
