“A brilliant store. I was so pleased to see that they had barnabus pig in stock which I’d wanted for ages ❤️ he arrived so quickly and packaged well and was absolutely adorable. I also ordered the gingerbread amuseable house prior to this purchase and it arrived in time for Christmas in fact it was delivered on a Sunday. Brilliant service and I have recommended to friends who have also placed orders from here too ❤️ thank you so so much ❤️”

“Outstanding Service Benito Gabriel and his team were truly lifesavers when it came to recovering my money from a scam platform. Their professionalism and dedication were clear from the start. They guided me through the entire process, keeping me informed at every step. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to get my funds back. Highly recommend their services! “I was disappointed with the jellycat as it was So small , they did refund but I had to pay and was advised to send it to be signed for , it made it an expensive return compared to the original cost but I returned it on principle”

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the Gingerbread Fred medium was smaller than expected. The names (including the 'medium') are taken directly from Jellycat themselves. We do include the dimensions of products on the product page as well as a photo showing this item being held by someone to give a visual representation of its size. Apologies for any disappointment caused. Kind regards, customer service
