“Great present. Arrived in a few short business days just before christmas in great condition. Only thing is the jellycat I ordered did not come in a jellycat gift bag which would have been ideal as it was a Christmas present for a friend however I was not expecting this anyway. Overall great service.”

“I cannot praise the customer service enough, following a recent issue I had at receiving incorrect item. Item recieved 30/12/24. I contacted customer service who requested I sent photo of item in question...within a couple of hours I was informed the correct item would be despatched via their " premium" delivery and my parcel was delivered by 10am 31/22/24. A prepaid label was enclosed in order for me to return unwanted item. You really can't ask for better service especially over the festive period. Congratulations and Well done.”

“Lots of beautiful products. Just be careful, if you buy from an other country (France for me), you will have to pay additional taxes not mentioned in delivery price (delivery price is about 16 pounds and additional taxes 16 as well !) 🥺”
