“Extremely disappointed with the extremely flimsy packaging that the jelly cat had been dispatched in so bad that the package was actually opened on delivery. Considering the Jelly cat cost £29.99 this was appalling.”

Hi, i am very sorry that the package has arrived is this condition, as per our email correspondence on 3rd March, unfortunately this has been opened in transit and Royal Mail have put an elastic band around it to deliver to you. We emailed a pre-paid returns label to you, to send this back to us for a full refund. I apologise for any inconvenience caused, kind regards Rebecca, customer service
