“The item was not wrapped packaged very well. The item was just stuffed into a very thin plastic bag with 1 layer of very thin tissue. The Jellycat product did not arrive in the normal dust bag that I was expecting as it did not say this in the description, very disappointing”

Thank you for your review. I’m very sorry that you are dissapointed with the Jellycat items you have received. Over the years we have found that the grey mailing bags are suitable protection for Jellycat and other plush items. All of our Jellycat items come to us directly from Jellycat, however, they do not supply us with the dust bags or gift bags. These are only available if you order from them directly.
