“Ordered 5 Dunoon Mugs (Bute shape) and they arrived safely. Disappointed that the Bluebell mug was more pale purple then blue and looked more like a second. When emailed them, they rightly said thet did not produce, but they did sell to me using a photos that was no way like the mug or an earlier Bluebell mug I used to have before I dropped it. Their buying person should have returned to Dunoon Mugs or sold at half price. The other Mugs were like the photos and are being well used. Suspect I will not win a voucher for this review but if I do know which Mugs not to buy. :-)”

“Often make use of the website in the build up to Christmas each year. There are a massive range of products available at very competitve prices. Website is easy to use and the order details are clear. Upon selecting the good you are then kept informed of the delivery. Everything comes well packaged and to date we have never had a bad experience from the company. Long may it continue.”

“The china mugs were exactly as described, and I was delighted with them. They arrived when they should have arrived. They were well-packed but not ridiculously overpacked and I appreciate this as I am aware of my footprint on the envirnoment. I strongly suspect I will buy more of these mugs in the future”
