“I ordered a Dunoon mug as a small Christmas gift for my wife. The item was actually cheaper than on the Dunoon official site. The item arrived well within the timescale.. It was so well packaged that there was not a chance that it could have been damaged in transit. My wife absolutely loved the design (garden birds) I would not hesitate to order from here again. “Beautiful mugs. Bought as a replacement for one that was broken. Would have been good to be able to buy separately. Also the price on the website was lower than on the Portmerion site but your website just redirected us to the Portmerion site with the higher price and the lower price was not available which we thought was a bit underhand.”
