“Really disappointed first time ordering, gift bags were squashed into box and marked. One had torn side. As birthday and new baby gifts I am unable to return. The invoice was also screwed up in box. Really sad as felt it would be somewhere I’d always order from as love Wrendale - it is an in justice to Wrendales usually very high standards”

Thank you for your email and the photos that you have now sent in to us. I’m very sorry to see that the gifts bags and sticky notes arrived in this condition. Please let us know if you’d prefer replacements or refunds for these items? I apologise as well for the screwed up invoice, as this should be folded at the bottom of the delivery box.
