“Brilliant Service and Price! Parcel was delivered really quick for free delivery, and it's was beautifully wrapped up to protect the items inside. Shame Jellycat is no longer partnering anymore, but will definitely be ordering other items like in this order again!”

“I was directed to the site by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised, as a collector of mainly Wrendale i was surprised by the stock available and all the other nice items. My order arrived quickly and was well wrapped with delivery note and even better a good few items were in the sale. Very happy with all pieces added to my collection and for gifts. Will be buying more. ;)”

“This is a lovely shop, I don't know why I don't use them more often. Easy to navigate website, easy ordering etc. Kept informed of despatch and estimated delivery. I can't remember which courier was used, hopefully not Evri. The items were really well packaged and obviously done with care. One of the items did have a small dent in the corner but I didnt feel it distracted from the aesthetic and would have been easy to miss. I didnt return. They sell lovely products and at a very good price.”

“I was pleased to receive my Jellycat order and think i have bought from you before .However the price was more than the Jellycats own website , is that allowed ? When i paid i thought it was free delivery but i was wrong because i was 4pence under the free delivery.. I queried this but was refused any hope of a bend of the rules .I wanted the gift ,no other place i tried had it in stock so i went ahead .This was a bit of poor customer service and i will go elsewhere first next time i want to make a purchase .”
