About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

“We have a 'pensioner' of a plotter here (well over 15 years now) and engineers have commented on how well it's been looked after. All down to your servicing and our care. Unfortunately today we have a broken belt and few other problems - the engineer came within 24 hrs. of calling but hopefully all will be well again in a few days. I'm awaiting the call from the office to let us know the damage - will keep you posted!”

“Great to have someone to go to when the printer starts playing up! We use it a lot in the office so it can delay work if it is not working. Michael (335285) came to fix an issue we had with the print not sticking to the headed paper we had and he was very cheerful and efficient. He explained what we needed to do and did not get annoyed with me asking so many questions.”

“It really doesn't get more boring than printer repairs does it? I just want it sorted out for me - and these guys are my go to for just this. I trust Temple Knight not to take advantage, and suggest silly repairs for me. They are always free to pop by in the next 24-48 hours. My staff are happy after a visit, and it makes that dreaded, boring task, much easier to get done.”

“Novake Silviu has visited us several times over the last year and is always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He fixes what he can, diagnoses whatever issues we have that he can't and reports back with any parts/further visits that are needed - which always happen. I trust his diagnosis and workmanship and am always happy to see it is him if we have a problem. The office were also helpful in letting me know he would be here in around half an hour, much appreciated as I am often the only one in the office and know when to make sure I am around.”
