About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

Temple Knight offer a highly professional, yet personal one stop service for all your printing and photocopying requirements, whatever the size of your organisation.

“Always friendly and always helpful, Temple Knight respond quickly to all our requests. The chemical products used on our machines also are pleasant smelling and do not stick the office out”

“Anthony was efficient and got to the problem straightaway. Got the printer working and explained what the issues are in terms of parts wearing out etc. He then carried out some cleaning and oiling bits of the printer. Job well done”

“The engineer came when expected, as they always do from TK, and he was very polite. He worked on the machine quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem for us. He kept me informed of what he was doing and at the end he showed me that the noise had gone and explained to me what had been making it. He cleaned up after himself and took his rubbish away with him! I am always impressed with the quality of engineers that TK employ. I have never had a problem with any of them.”

“Very pleased with the service Temple Knight offered. My business is very printer dependant and Temple Knight were able to get an engineer out same day I made the call. My concern was that I did feel the price was quite expensive as the call out fee only applied to the first 30 minutes - however I asked Luke to keep within the first 30 minutes if at all possible and he was extremely effective and did so which made the fee perfectly adequate. Business was in a fair state of chaos today due to lack of printing since Friday and Luke was extremely friendly and managed to work around the mess to get this problem sorted - now working perfectly. Big thanks to Luke and Temple Knight!”

“Staff were very polite, very helpful and swiftly organised a repair visit for me. When our plotter failed the day after the repair visit, they waived the call out charges and only charged for labour. Quick and clear invoicing. I would recommend their services.”
