As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“Teletext holidays need taken to court all the do is fob you off time and time and time and time again. They have no structure at all you ring them they put you through to god knows were as you wait for hours there is no complaints department there web site complaint dose not work. I am sick to the back teeth with this waste of time company who should be stopped trading by a court of law till everyone is refunded they are taking peoples money and getting away with it. I booked my holiday back in February for four of us costing £2900. Ryan air canceled one month before we were going to fly due to covid we never got one email from teletext holidays about this. I had to contact them 24 hours and ask why Guess what no response the date is December 9th and still nothing Phone calls emails just to be let down by a cheap robbing company who have trained puppets on there phones SELL SELL HOLIDAYS BUT DOT TALK ABOUT REFUNDS Do Not Bookek With Teletext Be WARNEDMR”

“I will not book with teletext again I arrived at hotel and wasn’t paid for I had to pay again out of my spending money ! Kept getting put on hold my mobile bill will cost a fortune still waiting for refund back in my bank even tho said will take 2-5 days !”

“I had to change my bank card as it had broken didn't realise this would change my direct debit payment but I called the automated number and payment was made straight away made me stop worrying and in these uncertain times as a key worker I really needed that thank you xx”

“5 STAR IN BEING THE WORST HOLIDAY COMPANY EVER I booked a 8 days package holiday to Turkey with them. I contacted them 9Vis email and on the phone) at the beginning of Covid 19 outbreak and was told they were prioritising the customers who were due to fly soon and they would update me before my flight date. I heard nothing from them, so I contacted them again (via email and live chat) the night before the flight and was told the flight was cancelled. when I asked for a refund I was told as the return flight was not cancelled so therefore I was not going to get a refund but they were working with all the suppliers. So I waited - nothing - I contacted them again via chat as they have disconnected their phone and was told that I would not be getting a refund and was offered a credit voucher. Are you kidding me??? - You didnt even tell me my holiday was cancelled, I dread to think what my situation would be like if I was stuck in another country. This company is a joke, with rude customer service agent when you want your money back, they are super quick to take your money but wont give it back. Just refund the customers their money back - its not yours to save your arse. No one has any trust in you - I certainly would not be using this company EVER and another thing - if you provide people with email address - you need to reply to it”
