Teletext Holidays (trading as teletextholidays.co.uk) is under the new ownership and management of Teletext Travel Ltd, having acquired the necessary intellectual property (IP) from the liquidators of the former owners Teletext Ltd. As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“The staff I dealt with during my phone calls, Ivor for booking arrangements and another for processing payment, were extremely helpful, thorough and courteous. We are happy to learn our agents have always provided great customer service as this is what we always aim to do :). We are sorry to read your concerns with regards to the prices shown on the website. We do try to provide the best possible service to all our customers and your feedback is appreciated. To clarify, we use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price”. “I recently bought a holiday for two to Morocco from teletext holidays and the girl was lovely. I kept changing my mind and she was so patient she had to call me back three times and even realised it was my birthday coming up soon and wished me happy birthday! I was looking online all day and were the best value by far x”

“I booked my holiday over the phone with Teletext holidays. The agent was absolutely marvellous, She sent me various holiday options,and rang me back quite a few times. I was impressed with her professionalism and her manners. I've never used Teetext Holidays before ,but now I would have no hesitation in using them again. I have booked two weeks in the Canary Islands, Please thank your agent " Geethika " for the polite and professionalism way she conducted the service. Very impressed . John Macphail”
