Teletext Holidays (trading as teletextholidays.co.uk) is under the new ownership and management of Teletext Travel Ltd, having acquired the necessary intellectual property (IP) from the liquidators of the former owners Teletext Ltd. As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

“Narsing who I spoke to over the phone for over an hour on Saturday 15th Feb was amazing. He found every possible holiday that worked for us and he waited on hold while I conferred with my mum. Great holiday chosen and can't wait to go. Was easy to get the app and pay online the remaining balance for our holiday. Got all documents straight away.”

“I was reluctant to use Teletext Holidays as it seems a bit "Legacy" to me in the world of Travel Republic and EasyHolidays. My Dad booked the 2 weeks in August a week before departure on Teletext Holidays back in the late 80s/early 90's. But, you guys came through, the "From £..." part is a bit old fashioned sales technique but fair enough, I worked through that and the final price was only 8% more than the original screen price. The agent was being trained (I heard his supervisor/trainer while on the call) so was more patient than I might have been. He did a good job. I changed my requirements during the call and that was dealt with, I was concerned my surname hadn't been heard and recorded properly but I was able to verify what was captured during the transaction to ensure the travel documents were not incorrect. I'll speak as I find, hopefully the holiday will go well and should all run smoothly, I'll be sure to recommend you to some people in my social group - even through most of them will not know what or who a Teletext is!”

“The sales personel were polite and helpful but struggled with some English. Mine was a guite complicated booking and they listened well and did their best to meet it. I think you as a company should make more of a commitment to meeting the needs of disabled travelers.”

Hi David, Thank you for your review. We are pleased our sales agent was able to assist you in booking your holiday. We are sorry to read your concerns with regards to the prices shown on the website. We do try to provide the best possible service to all our customers and your feedback is appreciated. To clarify, we use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price”. Further, any optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional the price shown is for accommodation and flights again as advised on the website.
