“I needed some help buying a smart phone for my dad who barely knows how to use a TV remote, let alone a mobile phone. The help, advice and personal service I got from Miles at TechSilver was incredibly useful, he was able to clearly show me the mobile phone options available and at a lower price than I was expecting. The real test came when I have my dad try to use the phone... and low and behold, he could! Great service and great products, highly recommended.”

“I was considering buying a smart TV though I already have a perfectly good flat screen TV. On advice from TechSilver I bought a Roku box throlugh them instead. It has turned my TV into a smart TV at a fraction of the cost. I also learned that one of the better household name smart TV brands did not connect to ITV Hub - saved from a disappointing decision. Seeing the range of their products I also bought a big-button land-line 'phone for my mother. Apart from the number pad it has 4 large buttons which each hold a picture of a family member. Mum just has to press the appropriate picture button to call that menber of the family.”
