“I ordered this for an 'off the wall' use. I want to scare foxes from the garden and recorded 20 seconds of ferocious lion roaring ...... very scary ......I sealed it in a clear plastic bag and that kept it fully waterproof through a week of driving rain BUT sadly the foxes didn’t give off enough heat to activate it. I have nightcam footage of foxes walking right up to it and sniffing it but no response from the device. If I walk within 20 feet of it I get the full roaring lion so it works 100% for it's designed use. A nice piece of kit but not for scaring foxes.”

“This keyboard is absolutely brilliant - I wish I had discovered it earlier! I had lens replacement surgery several years ago, which means contrast between the keyboard letters and their background is vital. The TechSilver keyboard gives me a much better experience when I am using the pc. All the keys are in the correct places; I really love it”

“My mum struggled with her mobile so she had only basic functions. This pad has given her the chance to video call and play games. We can share photos with her and she feels more included. This is the first time mum has been able to understand a tablet/phone and therefore it has also given her confidence.”

“Tech Silver has given me continued excellent service and advice. My husband could not have his limited independence without the tracker attached to his key ring presently using a replacement. He managed to lose both tracker and key but now has them attached to a chain on his trouser loop. Tech Silver staff are helpful, friendly and reassured me on each occasion I needed advice. Of all the products I need to manage my husband's dementia, this is by far the best. Grateful thanks that I was given Tech Silver contact details.”

“We have 2 TechSilver GPS trackers so that they can quickly be swapped over and there is no gap whilst one is being charged. This brings great peace of mind to a carer of someone with Alzheimer's disease without restricting the freedom of the person in question. They aren't difficult to set up and any queries have been answered in a prompt and friendly manner. Highly recommended and much appreciated.”

“Really pleased with the Dementia GPS Keyring/Necklace . Really impressed with all the information from the video made things easier to understand. What I like about the Tracker is the two way communication I can have with my partner who has dementia and often goes off for small walks often . I would just say to be careful if you are using silver ring for silver chain on tracker my partner tends to play with things and it must of caught on her jumper and pulled the ring open and tracker fell off . Thankfully we was at home . Would highly recommend TechSilver staff very helpful”

“I am renting the Grandpad for my dear friend who has terminal cancer. I saw the very clear and useful presentation by Miles. My friend was able to assemble the Grandpad himself and quickly understood how to use it. From him being out of contact and isolated with no way of getting the internet or emails, or seeing photos, you have changed his life at a time when he really needs help and support. My friend now uses the Grandpad all the time and he listens to various stations on it too. I am so impressed with the availability of the help team and the level of care given. “Purchased 7 wall falls sensors for parent's home in order to keep them safe in their own home. Unfortunately, due to their advancing dementia we were unable to install them , so I accepted defeat and found them a lovely care home nearby. Realised how wonderful the product is decided to keep 5 to install in our bungalow as existing fall sensor relies on husband remembering to wear his watch! The wall Sensors will also protect me in the future, as my husband is deaf, and who knows what lies ahead. Better to be prepared!”

“I purchased this phone for my 84 year old mum who has Parkinson’s and who is sight and hearing impaired and is no longer able to work a smart phone. Mum and the family are delighted with this phone. It is very easy to use, the ringtone is loud and the screen is large. It has enabled mum to remain connected with us whilst she’s spent some time in respite care. I found it easy to programme too and would definitely recommend.”
