“The Surface Pro 5 I got from Techbuyer was of amazing quality and I love the function of it. Also there was an issue with the courier DPD service not delivering the goods on time, however this was not a fault of the seller. Steve at Techbuyer really helped with the customer service and resolved it in a timely manner. I will definitely be buying more equipment from them soon.”

“This was such a small order, just a pair of refurbished HDDs, but it was vital that they work in the right server. Even though I'd already submitted an order, Lisa at Techbuyer went round several exchanges of email and phone calls to make sure that I got what I **needed**, not what I ordered. It would have been so easy to shrug me off as a small, annoying customer, but Techbuyer went the extra 237.4 miles to make my order right. THANK YOU!!”

“Great customer service. I ordered a hard drive for one of my home lab servers. The drive turned up in the time stated and perfectly packaged. However there was a fault with the drive. As this was my first order I got straight onto their support department who where great and offered me a replacement drive. The drive turned up within a couple days, perfectly packages and works without a fault. I will be more than happy to order from this company again.”

“Super personal client service from Luciano - without shadow of a any doubt the best I have ever experienced in the last 20 years of internet shopping! Unsolicited personal contact after purchase to check RAM unit compatibility with my laptop. Identified issue, arranged immediate refund and proposed correct product. Helped immediately with delivery issue with carrier. Product arrived the next morning! Luciano even emailed to check that the installation result. I cannot recommend strongly enough. Thank you.”

“Phoned in on 2 occasions now on a Friday evening to buy a number of ram sticks for an urgent render job, by mid-day Saturday I have the ram sticks in my hands. Amazing work! Special thanks to Luciano for dealing with it all and getting it done, owe you big time.”

“Ordered my laptop via Amazon, as my old desktop was ancient and ohhhh so slow. I purchased a Leovo and it was delivered on time. Was preloaded with software and charged, so was ready to go as soon as I opened the box. I am very pleased and happy with my purchase. Love the special offer of extension of warranty. Included in the box was a note from Tecbuyer with all their contact details including email, WhatsApp and telephone number, which is great as in this day and age, sometimes it impossible to contact a company on the phone! Thank you for.”

“Hi, searched for a reputable company and fortunately landed on Techbuyer website... My first contact was with Madeline, and from the word go she was so friendly and really helpful in that she did go out of her way to find the parts i was looking for, offering suggestions etc.. Madeleine kept in constant contact with me throughout the ordering process.. I am really happy with the outcome too. Parts delivered tomos. “Customer Service could not have been more helpful. As a novice, I needed help replacing a damaged hard drive. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The disk arrived next day. Excellent product and service, I would definitely recommend Tech Buyer based on my experience.”
