This was such a small order, just a pair of refurbished HDDs, but it was vital that they work in the right server. Even though I'd already submitted an order, Lisa at Techbuyer went round several exchanges of email and phone calls to make sure that I got what I **needed**, not what I ordered. It would have been so easy to shrug me off as a small, annoying customer, but Techbuyer went the extra 237.4 miles to make my order right. THANK YOU!!
