“A drive went down on our server 4:00pm Friday afternoon. By the time we diagnosed and tried to rectify it was 5:30PM. We needed a drive for Monday otherwise the server would be unusable. I rang Techbuyer and was told that the UK staff had gone home and they would contact me first thing Monday. However Anthony, in America, picked the email up, contacted Marcus in the UK who contacted me. To guarantee a Monday delivery it was decided to send the drive from America. I confirmed the order at 7:55pm on Friday and received the drive at 10:30 Monday morning. Server back up and running 11:00am. Fantastic service.”

“Techbuyer happened to figure out that we had ordered memory for a server rather than the gaming PC we actually wanted it for (how???) They emailed us, sorted an alternative product and sent it within a day. Small order which used up a bit of their time - in this impersonal day and age, I was super-impressed. Thank-you.”

“I recently placed an order for some extremely good value refurbished server memory and TechBuyer check with me that it was correct before shipping - I confirmed it was the correct memory. I was wrong, I'd ordered the wrong type. TechBuyer exchanged it for the correct one within days at no extra charge. They even shipped the correct memory out *before* I returned the incorrect one. Outstanding customer service.”

“Excellent Service. I had placed an order for an incorrect type of RAM for my machine. Techbuyer emailed to query my order rather than just process and ship it as ordered. This allowed easy cancellation and saved time and money. Very helpful people.”

“Through online chat, Simon, the Techbuyer Support, helped me through and through with my very first order. Not only that, he also helped me with other stuff like how to sell parts of my old laptop to Techbuyer. For the first time buyer like me, I am now hooked. And if I needed more parts to build my own system, Techbuyer is definitely my first choice - and so it should be for other first timers (and returned customers)! “We ordered equipment which arrived with old firmware. We contacted Techbuyer to replace the items but, as they were a discontinued product, Techbuyer took one back and were able to upgrade the firmware. They have offered to send us the files and instructions to upgrade the remainder or return the items for Techbuyer to upgrade. Took a while to get through to the resolution but happy with the result.”
