Great customer service.
I ordered a hard drive for one of my home lab servers. The drive turned up in the time stated and perfectly packaged. However there was a fault with the drive.
As this was my first order I got straight onto their support department who where great and offered me a replacement drive. The drive turned up within a couple days, perfectly packages and works without a fault.
I will be more than happy to order from this company again.
