Was preloaded with software and charged, so was ready to go as soon as I opened the box. I am very pleased and happy with my purchase. Love the special offer of extension of warranty. Included in the box was a note from Tecbuyer with all their contact details including email, WhatsApp and telephone number, which is great as in this day and age, sometimes it impossible to contact a company on the phone!
