“Very Impressed by the speed of delivery of my new PURE Radio/CD Player . . and beautifully packed too. My criticism of PURE is that they should take trouble to produce a proper instruction book and not just a few pages of gobbledygook only fit for use as loo paper! But this is NOT K&B's fault!!”

“First of all fair play to them for having an item that seemed out of stock everywhere else. Secondly they provide an excellent service. I placed the order mid afternoon Tuesday and it arrived before 10 a.m. Wednesday, within the time slot I had been allocated. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.”

“I only KB Audio as I was looking for a new pair of Desktop active speakers for my PC. The range is ridiculous but one of my searches landed on KB for the R1080BT Edifier speakers. Ther reviews looked good, the price very fair and delivery in 2-3 days. So I ordered, Thurs afternoon expecting delivery the following Monday. Fri morning 08:00 speakers arrived (I didn't pay for next day). I unpacked them, impressed with the packaging and apparent build quality. Connected them up to my PC, fired up Spotify and was immediately impressed by the sound produced. Now I'm 60 so my ears aren't as good as they were BUT the detasil coming thorugh was fantastic, ran them for about 5 hours on that day and they just got better. So in round up, the service from KB is first rate and the speakers for what they cost are astounding I would highly recommed both to anyone. I am a very happy shopper. Iain.”
