“This is a great company so pleased with the Hifi I purchased for my husband.So good to get all the vinyl out again and now have pair of headphones from K&B Audio. Right from when they received my order had updates and fast delivery. Also the customer service is great and so easy to get advice on the phone.”

“Easy to order on the website. Communication was excellent and delivery was quick. Arrived well packed with delivery updates. Turntable and speakers are good quality, nice sound and easy to set up. Would’ve preferred instructions with words and not just pictures but you can’t have everything. Good company, would recommend buying from them.”

“I came across K&B Audio whilst looking for a product to clean vinyl records. The website was easy to navigate around. “The service from K&B was excellent. I ordered a pair of Edifier speakers, and the order was confirmed by email immediately. I received an email within a further 45 mintes confirming dispatch of the goods, with a DPD tracking reference. The speakers arrived within the specified time frame and was well packaged, safely protecting the speakers. I also recevied an email from K&B before arrival with a guide for wiring the speakers and a link providing support if required. I would not hesitate to recommend the service offered by K&B, and would definitely use them again.”

“I am deeply impressed! With more words to describe, I had my first life experience of choosing my turn table and purchasing it. And it was light and smooth. Good description of products, set of comments from other users, nice deal for month (discount), and.. delivery the next day in one trip to the door. I ordered on Saturday and didn’t even expect to get the next week. But on Sunday I received message: your parcel is with us and we are coming! Wrapped carefully, sealed, and delivered to the door. Someone said that satisfaction of purchasing lasts one day, mine is still ongoing and thanks to the way this process has been done. The product itself is amazing and my experienced friends note that turn table is just perfectly good.”

“I'm not a writer of reviews, but K&B impressed me. I spoke to customer services via email, very helpful & quick to respond. They even advised me that a lower price product may be what I need. Who does that? Ordering online was simple & took next to no time. Delivery was fast & well packaged. And the price was very acceptable. I can't fault K&B. Why can't other companies work like this? They deserved the business & also a good review. Well done team K&B.”

“I had been looking for a turntable with speakers for a wile just happened to see k&Baudio site took me five minutes looking to ordering great service and delivery was next day would highly recommend.the sound is really good for small speakers”
