“Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about and also gave me some information about the prostion of my atmos speakers set up and delivery said it was 3 days but come before that.”

“Amazing experience. Customer service and lead time are very competitive. The "fraud software" is just a bit too careful and made us loose a couple of days, but apart from that I'm extremely satisfied.”

“I ordered a turntable and speakers and on two seperate occasions I needed to speak to someone at K&B about my order. They could not have been more helpful. They gave me advice and kept me up to date on product availability and delivery times. Delivery was practically next day and free, which is also a bonus. They made themselves available in case I needed anymore help with my purchases. I highly recommend K&B and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“AirPulse A300s will set your pulses racing! These beasts are magnificent, quite simply. Imagine the sound of a fabulous hifi system with no system in view. Buoyant, deep-breathed bass, perfectly integrated midrange and fabulous liquid high notes all beautifully integrated in a fatigue-free yet precisely detailed presentation. As much oomph as you could ever want (they’re rear-ported reflex cabinets so be careful to allow at least 24cm between them and any rear wall). Feed these beasts bass and they go manic like it’s the meat they’ve been hungry for. Myself I’m more a cool jazz and classical listener so it’s been something of a new experience playing in such kinetic charmers. But extremely rewarding. The ribbon tweeters provide excellent timbral precision - you will notice the difference between violins and violas, if you haven’t already - and their horn-loading enclosures ensure good stereo imaging across a listening area wider than the speaker placement. As well as multiple digital inputs you can also connect to both RCA and XLR audio (not forgetting hi-res aptX Bluetooth if you like things wireless). And that’s it; DAC and Class D bi-amplification are ‘under the hood’ - there are NO MORE BOXES (apart from whatever sources you choose, of course). These were a compromise buy for me when we moved and the new living room would not accommodate my previous system but I have been more than pleasantly surprised. They are actively delightful to live with and listen to - pun intended. Whatever you like your music to do to you, they will do it more.”

“Brilliant! I ordered the wrong item on line. I should have powered Bluetooth speakers but didn't. Phoned them up paid the difference. It was shipped the next day. Simple as that. They were very helpful, polite and efficient.”

“Excellent customer service all through! Bluetooth ceiling speakers delivered in time, but Amp unit had to be replaced twice due to faulty batch.Joe was patient and tried various ways to resolve it. He finally managed to find a unit from a different batch and sent me the whole kit again! Very pleased with the service! Highly recommended - this is what I would say is first class service! Keep up the good work folks!”
