“Excellent service, bought my second set of Bluetooth shelf speakers last week. I actually had a problem with the plug but Hannah at customer services relied to my email immediately and I received a replacement next day DPD. Very happy”

“I ordered the Teac TN-180BT and Edifier Speaker bundle on Tuesday 4th April and was surprised (and delighted) to receive delivery of it the very next day. It has more than met my expectations. It was easy to set up and I am very pleased with the sound quality for such a reasonable price. It looks good as well. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the customer service.”

“Sent in my room dimensions with my audio requirements to the free online design service, received a friendly and quick response giving me excellent guidance. Also upon ordering there was an issue regarding speaker cable, within minutes of placing the order I received a call and it was rectified and the product shipped. Fantastic company! The turntable I bought was very reasonably priced, with detailed I formation about it available, and delivered very quickly by secure courier. It arrived in perfect condition, and plays like a dream. “Amazing Service! I ordered a Audio-Technica AT-LP3XBT Automatic Belt-Drive Turntable with Bluetooth and it arrived the next day, even though I had submitted it pretty late in the day. When I set the turntable up, I had an issue with the cartridge, but Craig from K&B was right on the Case! In actual fact, it was my own fault, by not adjusting the counterweight correctly. Once that had been solved, it played beautifully! Would recommend this company to anyone!”
