“I cam across K&B Audio when I was searching for my first turntable. After seeing their good reviews and helpful guides I decided to purchase a turntable bundle with speakers. I ordered on Sunday and everything was with me on Tuesday. Unfortunately when I played a record the stylus was sliding all over it scratched it a little! I emailed K&B and explained my problem, and received a reply from who was very helpful, and told me that it was possible I had accidentally touched the stylus when setting up and maybe moved it out of shape, because of how delicate it is I guess this is easy to do when you don't know what you're doing! Anyway, Craig shipped a new stylus out to me free of charge even though this was out of warranty! Stylus arrived a couple days later and after carefully replacing it everything is now working perfectly. Because of their helpful guides, reasonable prices and very good customer service I will definitely be purchasing from K&B again and would highly recommend them. Thanks!”
