“Amazing customer service! Over Christmas and my birthday I had been gifted a turntable and some speakers but needed some help and advice about the setup and which amp and cables to buy. Emailed customer service and got a very prompt and helpful response from Jack advising me on the set up and recommending which amp and cables would work best with what I already had. After purchasing I then got back in touch to confirm I had set everything up correctly. Super happy with my purchase and the great customer service. Would definitely recommend K&B Audio”

“Ordered the AT-LP60X c/w Edifier R1280T active bookshelf speakers. Free standard delivery so was happy they arrived next day. Completely happy, impressed with sound quality, actually got goosebumps listening to my old Agnetha LP's, the clarity is brilliant. One thing to point out, if you are having issues trying to get sound from the speakers after about 20 mins..........make sure you have them plugged into the wall socket, how I forgot to do that is beyond me :) Thanks!”

“Recent purchase Edifier R1280DB book shelf speakers. Web site was easy to navigate and once i selected my item full information was all there. Really helpful tutorial video too! Purchase was easy and straightforward. Speakers arrived within a couple of days, well packaged. Easy to set up, happy with how they look and sound quite punchy considering the size. Overall very happy! May yet return for a sub!”
