“I ordered the turntable and speakers at 2:45pm and they were delivered at 1:05pm the following day. Really impressive, as I live on the coast in rural Wales, where deliveries are often late. I had to contact tech support for assistance with setting up the system and received clear and precise instructions. Very simple fix, the drive belt had slipped off. I highly recommend K&B Audio and won’t hesitate to give them my custom in the future.”

“Needed an outdoor system so found a very reasonably priced one from K&B. I then called them before putting in the order for some advice as I am a bit of a novice when it comes to choosing an amp and speakers. They were extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Delivery was quick and the product was great. I then emailed once I had received the system to find out if I could increase the number of speakers and within a few ours I received a response. Great customer service.”

“I'm glad I ordered from K&B Audio. I ordered bluetooth bookshelf speakers then immediately saw a different set I preferred. I called the company the next day and spoke with Jack who was extremely helpful and friendly, changing the order their end to accommodate my request. I'm very happy with the speakers, for the money they are very good quality and a vast improvement on my old ones. Thanks K&B!”

“Bought the Audio-Technica AT-ATN3600L Replacement Stylus, Edifier R1700BT & Audio-Technica LP60X Turntable with Bluetooth Speakers for my brother who is partially sighted and this turntable was perfect as it has a button that automatically puts the needle onto the record and when the record finishes it automatically goes back My brother is very pleased and can work it perfectly the price was good and service was excellent thank u”
