“Speaker arrived damaged/ faulty I was then told it would need to be sent back then sent to lithe audio themselves before a new one was sent out even though I provided clear photos of the damaged speaker only an hour after they were delivered. Will not be using again”

Hi James, sorry to see that the speaker you received had a manufacturer defect/damage, it's very uncommon with this product so I can only apologise. We had initially arranged for Lithe Audio to collect the next working day from when you sent us the pictures, then a replacement would be sent out the day after so it would have been resolved within 2 working days. We then agreed to send an advance replacement out, which has already been sorted before this review, so my apologies that you weren't happy with the resolution given. Whilst I feel we acted on the issue quickly, I am updating and improving our procedures and we will be sending advance replacements with collections on any future orders where goods arrive damaged then dealing with the manufacturer afterwards. “Bought outdoor speakers, Bluetooth amp and outdoor speaker cable Website easy to use Good technical support on each page Delivery prompt Main issue is remit that came with amp is faulty - constant flashing red light - need to return for a swap so I guess I’ll see how good their customer services are too”

“I am an electrician - so I purchased these speakers for my own home - easy to install and the sound is truly unbelievable. You can either wire into the lighting circuit,or indeed plug straight into a 13amp outlet. The only downside is the app, this needs addressed- as the new app is not compatible with my new android. Seriously awsome equipment & I will be offering these to my customers going forward. Regards. Rory Brightwire Electrical Solutions”

“The website was easy to use and place the order. The single stereo speaker looks neat and has great sound, although it is a heavier than expected but I guess that is due to the quality of the manufacturing. Perfect for our small kitchen that is being refitted.”
