“I ordered the Teac TN-180BT and Edifier Speaker bundle on Tuesday 4th April and was surprised (and delighted) to receive delivery of it the very next day. It has more than met my expectations. It was easy to set up and I am very pleased with the sound quality for such a reasonable price. It looks good as well. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the customer service.”

“Good stuff when it arrives. the last order before was lost by DPD and i was told by Craig if it happens again they would not refund it. not my problem. if i have not recieved it i wont pay for it. end of JOHN MANNION”

Hi John, thanks for your orders. Just to clarify, the order wasn't lost it was taken to a local collection shop because you weren't available to take the delivery at home, you were unwilling to collect it so the parcel was then lost in the system and we refunded you in full despite not being able to recover our costs for the product even though it had been delivered. You then requested to buy the item again from us, I said that if it was taken to a collection shop again then it would need to be collected and not simply refunded. We helped you out by changing delivery service to Parcel Force and the parcel was successfully delivered. Thanks again for buying from us and enjoy your new subwoofer. Kind regards, Craig.
