Hi Dominic, We've replied to your email within 24 hours (working days) after it was sent in on a Saturday and offered some things to check and a clear replacement process if the initial checks do not resolve the issue. “My remote broke some time ago, just refreshed a damaged bathroom ceiling and thought it was about time to rectify the lack of music. Went back to K&B Audio and they stocked the replacement remote at a fair price👍 No hesitation in recommending K&B”

“Excellent customer service from the 1st call I made to post delivery. The staff were patient and aimed to ensure I was happy with the products I purchased and at no point did them oversell even though they had the chance.
