“The gear was well packed, nothing was missing or damaged, arrived sooner than expected and delivered inside, as the speakers were too heavy for my wife to carry. Couldn't ask for more”

“My first purchase from K&B Audio was only a small one - I heard that Audio-Technica had introduced an upgrade to their most basic cartridge and wanted to get one. Almost everybody was out of stock but K&B said they had them so I placed an order. It arrived a couple of days later, really well packaged and with full delivery information from Royal Mail. (A couple of hours later, it was installed on my system and I was very pleased with the result.) Perhaps it's better to judge customer service from such a little order rather than one amounting to hundreds of pounds? I'll definitely be adding K&B Audio to my list of suppliers.”

“I was struggling to find a 4 zone amplifier in the UK. I spoke to K&B and they recommended four WiiM streaming amplifiers with iPhone app to control. They are brilliant and thanks to advice from K&B I am know enjoying wonderful music throughout the house, different music in each room or same synchronised in all rooms.”

“I contacted K&B to ask a few questions and was impressed that they very quickly and thoroughly answered in a very friendly and professional way. They assured me and I decided to make my purchase. From there the comms were fast, clear and easy to read. Delivery took place the next morning before I'd even had my breakfast! Super impressed and the turntable is just what I was looking for. It was a great customer experience from first touch to enjoying hearing our vinyls again - something that is so precious to us. Thanks to the team at K&B Audio - it is a rare experience these days to get such great service.”
