“Whilst the system I have bought has not yet been installed, this review covers the excellent technical and sales support I have received so far. “Next day delivery and quality product, wired up on dining table to see if it works prior to me installing the speaker and so simple to fit and great sound. I will never come out of the bathroom”

“superb customer service, staff very helpful on the phone, its nice to have real genuine people to talk to who appreciates your custom, a great experience. Delivery was fast and efficient and very well packaged, unboxing was a great experience too, the paper slips inside the box confirming my specific request for the speakers, which was great and the even explained that they had to open the original speaker packaging to set them up, brilliantly done. Don't hesitate to purchase from them you won't regret it. :) happy happy happy .”

“Craigs expert experience in showing me the different blue tooth compatible ceiling speaker's that were compatible with my echo dot. The only speakers that fitted the bill were the lithe audio master and slave bluetooth speaker system , and to top it of adding a subwoofer. The system also connects to the tv that will be fitted above the ceiling on a motorised tv bracket”

“After searching the internet for the cheapest Lithe Bluetooth Ceiling speakers for my Amazon Echo, I found this place was the cheapest out there. I have never used them before, but the service was first class. Communication all the way, and prompt well packaged delivery. I would certainly use again and highly recommend. Incidentally, the speakers are awesome!”

“I haven't bought anything yet but am leaving a review to describe the outstanding customer service and technical help I have received so far from Craig at the Kitchen and Bathroom Radio Shop. I feel I must review as the level of service is profound (and I haven't even bought anything yet). I am planning several refurbishments and one of the tasks is to install a new bathroom. I had the design drawn up by a leading retailer, had the survey done, got the quotes and then thought how nice it would to add a TV and speakers. I searched around and found a make and model that seemed to be OK, if a bit on the cheap side. I won't mention any names but it was NOT from the Kitchen and Bathroom Radio Shop. I sent a few emails back and forth asking various questions and got highly unsatisfactory answers after highly unsatisfactory delays. Something didn't feel right so I shopped around some more and found the Kitchen and Bathroom Radio Shop. I sent some questions and was answered very, very quickly by Craig. I told me that the TV I was going to buy wasn't even a TV; it was a monitor and didn't even have Freeview! That was news to me as the TV was described as a Smart TV on the other site. Craig then, in passing, also pointed out several flaws in my bathroom design. Costly mistakes that the retailer, surveyor and myself had all missed! One example was that the bath screen would make it impossible to reach the bath taps or plugs! Over the next few days, Craig answered all my technical questions (and I had a lot) with patience and technical expertise. His advice resulted in several design changes and the overall plan now is much better than it was. It turns out that wiring up a bathroom TV with Freeview access and two HDMI dongles (Firestick and Roku) is actually a bit tricky as you have to get the cabling right. I wasn't at all convinced my installer would know exactly what to do. Craig and I came to an arrangement where he would create a wiring design for me to give my installer. I offered to pay (because at this point after all the emails it seemed only fair). We agreed a very small fee which he said he would knock off the cost of the TV when I bought it. I was more than happy to take this up as it wasn't going to cost me anything overall and I would be able to ensure my installer had the technical detail he needed. Craig also offered to provide technical support over the phone to the installer when the time came. There is a very, very big difference between the service I have received from Kitchen and Bathroom Radio Shop and that I received from the other site. Craig knows his stuff and is keen to help ensure that final result will work to the customers delight. I will post another review about the product once I've purchased and installed but for now I feel it is only right that I give credit where credit is due for the great service I have received so far.”
