“I was pleased to find they had stock of the stylus I wanted, which is currently on back order almost everywhere, and at the regular price. Shipping costs were very reasonable too and dispatch and delivery were super-fast. The postage costs are particularly worth singling out as so many places don’t have a sensible price for smaller orders like this one. They even sent a follow up email linking to fitting advice on their blog. All in all highly recommended and I will definitely use them again. Glad to support an independent retailer.”

“Found the shop on google maps, seemed no walk in shop but after I called I was told there is a walk in client room with set up speakers, very nice. Walked in as an appointment and was nicely surprised by the service. I have tested/listened several speakers and made a purchase. Definitely worth of calling and visiting the shop if you are after the premium sound.”

“I received excellent help when I rang the Company, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and steered me to what I wanted. I ordered a turntable and speakers online at lunchtime and by the next morning it had been delivered from one end of country to the North West. I can’t comment on the items yet because they are in my loft waiting for Christmas Day as a present for one of my boys. Very happy with the whole experience, thank you”
