“Very clear and well set out website to browse, select and order products, and an introductory discount as well! Very good email contact from seller and delivery company. Item (Bluetooth bookshelf speakers) arrived within 24hrs! Now setup and working perfectly, and even more contact and support offered if required. “Good website I ordered my item and it arrived very quickly I soon realised that I had ordered the wrong item I telephoned kB audio and the guy on the phone could not have been more helpful, I sent the item back and was quickly reimbursed my payment back into my account I ordered the correct item then and that also arrived rapidly,I could not have been more happy with the item,customer service and communication with kB sound I would definitely recommend”

Hi Monica, sorry that you feel our customer services is not satisfactory. You bought a radio unit from us which we delivered the next working day, free of charge, and you reported that the battery for the remote control was not working which we diagnosed as a missing battery, our team set upon arranging a replacement battery to be sent out to you (first time we've ever had a missing battery) but unfortunately you've left this review before we even had a chance to resolve the situation. I appreciate that you'd rather have a replacement remote control, however the manufacturer does not supply spare remote controls so under warranty you would have had to return the entire radio for replacement and at the time we were under the assumption that you simply needed a battery, we were trying to avoid you of that hassle by initially replacing the missing battery first rather than requesting the unit back, if the remote did not work after that then we would have arranged a replacement via warranty. If the unit is still not functioning as expected then we would be happy to accept it back for refund or replacement under warranty. Kind regards, Craig

“Buying something solely on the cheapest price you can find can get you into problems when you are not sure of the reliability of the site. I chose KB Audio as their prices seemed sensible and they seemed to have good reviews. Their service was what I would wish for, quick and with good tracking info, so I'm happy to add another positive review for them. And if anyone's interested, the units bought were Edifier R1280DB speakers which I am very pleased with. Switching from bluetooth to other input modes works very well.”
