“Bought a set of speakers that unfortunately developed a fault almost a year later. K&B were great. Very responsive, quick to act with clear instructions on what to do. They quickly confirmed the fault, contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement sent out with my returns cost covered and refunded. Would 100% use again.”

“Have just received the 3000s pro speakers. The delivery was incredible actually rceiving them the day after I ordered them. Points for them are:- They are extrmely well made. Easy to set up and they sound amazing with the base being well controlled and tight. Midrange and treble sound lovely. I used to have a set of Yamaha NS 1000's and I feel they compare. Points against are the hand control unit which is very cheap looking and almost illegible. Surely they could do something better. The instruction book could be more exsplanatary and the print bigger.”

“Product arrived a few days after it was supposed to and the product was fine and the communication throughout was good. Only disappointment was the colour of the light which was white but the advertising which probably isn’t K&Bs issue; showed the light as being more like light grey as opposed to brilliant white.”
