“Excellent service. I realised I ordered the wrong model and someone answered the phone (and responded to an email) in the morning to acknowledge they'd picked up my request to alter my order. I paid the difference over the phone It was still despatched that day / delivered the next day”

“My speakers arrived and unfortunately one was faulty. I phoned K&B, they were so helpful and arranged next day collection and replacement speakers came a few days later (which work perfectly). Really good service and communication.”

“Great service. Value for money for the items (the hubby is made up). Craig even provided a cleaning kit FOC as the order got lost in translation (due to the discount being added manually)... Craig great service mate and thanks for the Haribo sweets ha ha!!!”
