“This is the third purchase we have made as a family, and we have found the service exemplary. Products for every budget. We have been very pleased with the Edifier products brought and a turntable for our 16 yr old daughter which we struggled to set up with her amplifier which was resolved very quickly in a phone call. “The website was easy to navigate and once I chose the Hifi system, it was easy to make the purchase. I took the opportunity of the interest free staged payment. The parcels arrived in a couple of days and I’m delighted with the sound.”

“I took a long time to choose a cd player with a radio that had a good sound and finally chose the Majority Quadrigo. It arrived two days earlier than expected and was beautifully packed so there could be no damage. It takes a bit of setting up but with an app and wifi I can control it on my phone or separate controls. You can also change the quality of the sound and is excellent in every way without paying ‘ the earth’.”

“Was looking for an entry level record player and speakers for my son. After a few googles i cam across K&B Audio with an excellent deal. Took the plunge and ordered. Excellent service, excellent delivery time. Nice touches with e-mails showing you how to set your purchase up and to make the best of everything. Couldn't fault them”

“To be totally honest, I checked that everything was in the box, which it appears to be. It looks super stylish and I love the display feature which is awesome. I have not had a chance to set anything up yet so cannot comment on anything else yet. Sorry. But 5 out of 5 stars for quality, fair price, next-day delivery, wrapped up and packaged amazingly and very very well protected. I am 100% convinced it will sound awesome. Thank you.”

“Thanks so much for taking the time last week to discuss various turntables over the phone as I couldn't make into the shop. I was worried about fiddly set up issues, but it was easy with the booklet and a detailed You Tube clip. Very pleased with customer support and product quality. I narrowly missed the next day cutoff, but I did receive it, so thanks again.”
