“We love our new speakers and Sub. We have adjoined rooms with a pair of speakers in each and the sub between and using apple we can select each pair individually or all four at once and select the sub separately when we want it. We had a great service from order to delivery and installation was fairly simple Would recommend both product and company”

“K&B are knowledgeable and helpful regarding the equipment they sell. Before purchasing the Q Acoustics Install QI65CW STEREO, I wanted to understand how both channels were wired to the speaker as I could not see this in any photos online. They took a picture of the back and showed me what I wanted to know.”

“Excellent service. I realised I ordered the wrong model and someone answered the phone (and responded to an email) in the morning to acknowledge they'd picked up my request to alter my order. I paid the difference over the phone It was still despatched that day / delivered the next day”

Hi Dean, I am sorry to see that you have left us negative review prior to contacting us about the missing delivery. I can see that your order was placed at 8:39 on 31st July and was dispatched on the 1st August via DPD next working day. Delivery was attempted three times but no one was home and DPD are waiting for further instruction. I have sent you an email separately to resolve the issue. Kind regards, Craig.
