“Cooked the Balti [chicken] for a party. Everyone said what a great taste it was. Because of the varying tolerance to heat I followed the tips for a mild curry and that worked very well. I am keen to try other dishes now and looking foward to more delicious food. GREAT PRODUCT”

“The cooking instructions are easy to follow. The meals are tasty & you get to know the spices that go in the meals. We have been getting the meal packets off online for a while now & shall keep doing so.”

“I am a midlands born lad, who grew up during the ninteen fifties and sixties in the Balti triangle. I was taught to apreciate a good curry from an early age. My wife and I generaly have at least two curries a week, mostly made by me. Tastesmiths have taken most of the work out of currymaking by supplying the exact ammount of fresh spices for each meal. My wife and I live in a fishing community where a good variety of fresh fis is available to us. This makes the 'Goan Fish Curry' an exceptionaly attractive option. We use whatever fish is in season, but we have found that a combination of Monkfish and King Prawns gives the best results. I enjoy experenenting with a Tastesmiths curry as the base. and I will be continuing to use Tastesmiths curries for as long as I can still cook.”

“It’s been really interesting trying a madras curry with out the heat, I can only tolerate a medium heat curry but thanks to taste smiths tips on how not to have my curry not so hot I can try them all plus have my korma slightly hotter. I have finally ordered my way through all the Currys some of which are my firm favourites now. Tastesmiths was recommended to me and I highly recommend them to my freinds.”
