Absolute 5 star service throughout , and cannot fault them at all , the professional way they was you would say that’s what they are there for and to provide that service , however the personal and caring side that they showed throughout was outstanding, from 1st appointment meeting Allison to discuss funeral plans , sorting out the order of services etc,to speaking to maddie who did such an amazing job with my dad for us to visit at the chapel he looked lovely 😊 , and Phil who directed the cars and service was planned so well and was so caring throughout the day , and he even went out of his way to bring our flowers we wanted back in his own car later that day , no negative thoughts what so ever just all positives and am hoping they all see and read these reviews as for us all they made a day so hard run so we’ll and no stress whatsoever, thank you all at T Cribbs Benfleet from all the Thompson family x
