yes but you want do anything to correct the bad service the best thing is people not use then the problem will get corrected very quickly when people stop buying

Not even one star...the staff are absolutely from scrap as the name says scrap yard...use less creatures....thats all I can say...humans with two legs and two arms...Charles Darwin would have killed himself if he was alive to see these creatures....

Item not as described or picture. Additional damage present to vehicle done after sale was made, including bad damage from incorrectly lifting vehicle with a forklift onto my recovery truck. Tried to dispute this with them and they said they cant help and left the chat. Disgusting customer service and will be taking to court.

I purchase a car from auction I purchase a car from auction, I don't 100Miles to collect the car, at the gate told me that will take 10 min to bring the car out, after 10 min they told me that they cannot start the car, and they advise me to write a message to office to ask for refund, with I did, after I get a replay telling me that they will not refund me the money and I need to go back and collect it, and whatever I was told is not write is not what they sated . Do not trust anything they say

A Online Chat with a Staff named 'Chealsie & Jo'. Chasing up an Order placed over 7 Days. When enquired, she didn't have a clue, and kept saying some odd parts to me. Even though ebay Item No. supplied. Then eventually, was rudely passed onto Jo, who allocated my Order and decided to Cancel and Refund, as I was 'Rude'. Recently, all parts supplied by this company have arrived very late, in poor condition, as it's always carelessly packed. Was told by Jo, to business elsewhere. Yes. Will be taking business elsewhere. As I do not want our Customers to go through this form of Service. Have gave them numerous chances.

I have been using this company for many years, always manage to find a bargain so the vehicles/parts are always fine. However, I find the staff at most branches (100 miles radius of east midland) extremely rude and unhelpful, Oxford and Peterborough being the exceptions Sort your staffs out, remind them who is paying their wages

Had a response last week requiring a front subframe for a customers Peugeot Boxer which had failed MOT-We were unable to source a new unit. This company came back to us and said yes we have one -payment was taken by them on Mastercard -I questioned the fact their details showed a 2006 model-not a 2002 model to be told yes we do have a 2002 model in stock. Today received a email saying sorry unable to supply as on removal it was found to be corroded. Clearly taking funds before they have even checked they had a good part to sell. Beware wasted a week taken our money even before they returned a email to us. I returned a email below today Hi Not impressed after being told one was available a week ago. Regards - - - - This is what was returned No problem, thanks.

Hi Neil, I am very sorry to hear about your experience, and I can understand your frustration especially as you were sourcing a part for a customer. We currently remove on request as we don’t have the storage facilities for thousands of car parts. Unfortunately, due to the location of the part, images cannot be taken beforehand and because of this, our team can’t assess the quality of the part until it is removed. We appreciate your feedback and are currently reviewing a process to bring our dismantling time down which means we will be in a position to notify customers of failed quality control sooner. synetiq doncaster is robbery, i paid within 24 hrs and on line it said no paymetn recived, and wont let me book slot to collect, complained to head office via chat they confirm the payment but i still could not book. finally after 3 days we manage to booked, and guess what we got charged, after explaining they still didnt budge, coz they know you stuck with them, robbers, shame on synetiq head office, and doncaster branch,

very bad experience with the van how it was described and how desappoited I was when I went to collect it , on top of that the receptionist was desrepectful also the wedchat agent "Josh"who refused to carry on chatting after reporting the site isuue I had with the site manager, how sad and appoling it is really !!! I have to mention that the other agent where okay though thanks to "Taylor" and the rest !!!

Shambles of a company to deal with. They couldn't email an invoice to the correct address even after being told numerous times. They don't contact you prior to delivery even though you ask. The grade A and B parts are heavily damaged and insult you with a refund. Even their delivery driver agrees on the incompetence and how unprofessional this company is I wouldn't use this if they were the last spares company going.

Sold a defective unit, wouldn't accept it back as it was out of 30 days return period. Violates consumer rights act.

Vehicle was nothing like described on auction site, not allowed to view car before biding or paying. Vehicle acceptance form not signed, vehicle not removed from site, told them I was not accepting the car, still no refund given as yet, scammers of the highest degree. Do not buy anything from them, you will regret it.

complete D-heads, they charge you storage fees on weekends although they are closed. Cars look 10x worse than on pics. they'll hide any detail they can to make them money.

I’d like to leave zero stars if I could, disgusting service and zero interest in rectifying their errors. Bought a tail light off of eBay, checked the description and all pictures twice and yes it was led lamp just what I needed. Item arrived quite quickly, opened the box and it was a non led lamp. I used their shocking online chat to be informed it was advertised incorrectly and they didn’t have a replacement, they arranged collection. 1st collection failed because dpd had no barcode to scan. Online chat, they don’t need a barcode to write the address on the box. 2nd collection failed due to no barcode, advised that Synetiq have set up the correct collection as they just put “label not needed” in addition information. Online chat, barcode not needed just the address. The dpd driver is wrong. 3rd collection, Failed due to no barcode. The barcode is the job reference number/tracing number. Online chat, dpd are wrong they don’t need a barcode or job number as they supply it…. YES IF YOU FILL OUT THE DPD COLLECTION CORRECTLY WHICH YOU ARE NOT!!!! Another collection arranged. 4th collection, FAILED no barcode. Without the collection set up correctly the parcel would effectively be sat in dpd’s sorting office with then not knowing where it’s going so would end up in the bin = no refund. Online chat, they don’t need a barcode. WHAT THEY NEED IS YOU MUPPETS TO PROCESS A COLLECTION HOW DPD REQUESTS IT, I’VE SPOKEN TO DPD CUSTOMER SERVICES, THEY CAN SEE THAT YOU CANT SET IT UP CORRECTLY AND I WANT MY REFUND. BECAUSE OF YOUR MESS UP IM BEING MESSED AROUND!!! 5th collection, EUREKA!!! Finally you managed it give yourselves that one gold star I just gave you. My advise is go to Charles Trent, cheaper and a lot better service.

Simply the worst in the salvage market.. No contacts or advisors to call...online chat only.. So effectively they tell you it's accident damaged ( we know that already) ..tell you no more..take poor pictures and expect customers to buy.. HONESTLY KEEP AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY NEED TO GET THE MESSAGE ... THEIR SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL.
