“Literally I believe Hyundai Santa Fe are 7 seater car I won a bid just to be sure of the vehicle am buying I chatted with the customer service I was told it was a 5 seater I explained the issues to them that I have a large family and I need a 7 seater am really sorry for that just of a sudden my account was suspended just for that and I was told to pay £600 just for that.”

I am sorry to hear about your experience, however, it is in our terms and conditions that any user who wins an auction vehicle is expected to pay for the vehicle or pay a relist fee if they no longer want it, failing to do so results in a suspension on the account. “Very disappointed.
Bought a transit custom. They ask if I wanted it loaded onto my trailer I said no because they pick it up with a forklift. When I got home I had a good look round the van. The sill was creased in 2 PLACES, about 5 inches in width. Same size as a forklift blade! The Ad blue tank was burst due to previous lift with the forklift, directly in line with the crease on the sill.
It has cost me £600 in total to get sorted.”
“No idea about their salvage auction cars, but for parts. they were great. A pair of VW headlights that were in as new condition when they were cleaned up. Genuine parts for same price or less than cheapo pattern items and they were well packed and arrived the next day.”
