The whole purchase navigation is not very intuitive and super cumbersome. The 'Next' / 'Continue', Place order button are almost invisible, and the look and feel of your website is really gloom.
What is most crucial - please get your 'Place order' button sorted - when you hover over it - it is not clickable and you have to literally click next to it - in order to go ahead with the purchase. I nearly abandoned the basket and went to your competitors, so I believe a lot of your customers might have left you by now.
Seriously - get it sorted, otherwise I don't see you surviving in the online retail world.
Nevertheless the product you offer are still very good and with competitive pricing, so this was the only reason I bought from you. But please learn from this feedback!!!”
